Doesn’t everyone want to be happy and loved? GOD loved His people and wanted them to live happy, healthy, worthwhile lives that were faith-filled. He called Moses to the top of Mount Sinai, where He wrote His rules for living on two stone tablets. These rules are known as the Ten Commandments. (Read Deuteronomy 10:1-5). Take time today and notice how these Ten Commandments are used as a basis for many of our laws and ideas of right and wrong. These timeless commandments show GOD’S unchanging love for all His children and that includes you.
Pray: Thank you GOD for loving me and wanting me to live a happy, healthy, faith-filled, worthwhile life. Help me to obey your rules for living.
When our lives are lived in obedience to GOD’s will, nothing is impossible. Dream BIG — but Dream BIBLICALLY!
Excerpt from David Jeremiah devotional “Ever Faithful”
The BIBLE is the most important book because it is the true, living HOLY WORD of GOD. The Bible tells us that “GOD-breathed” or inspired through the hearts and minds of the people who wrote the BIBLE. There is no other book like the HOLY BIBLE. It contains 66 books, written by different people over approximately 2,000 years.
The BIBLE is the Living, Active Word of GOD. It’s full of real true-life stories of adventure, kings, queens, angels, prophets, good people, bad people, love, songs, prayers, letters and even predictions of the future.
The Greatest Story of all in the BIBLE is about JESUS, GOD’s one and only Son — who came to earth to save the world. The BIBLE is GOD’s special love letter to us!
Pray: Thank you GOD for Your special love letter to us, The BIBLE. Help me to study, memorize and obey what you have said.

The Bible also tells us we should focus our thoughts on good things which produces peace of mind. It says: Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are honest, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. (Philippians 4:8 NKJV)
PRAY: GOD help me to think good happy thoughts.
STAY POSITIVE because GOD is for you; GOD will help you; GOD is working a good work in you.

REAL LOVE is patient and kind. Love is not jealous, it does not brag, and it is not proud. Love is not rude, is not selfish, and does not become angry easily. Love does not remember wrongs done against it. Love takes no pleasure in evil, but rejoices over the truth. Love patiently accepts all things. It always trusts, always hopes, and always continues strong. Love never ends. (1 Corinthians 13:4-8)
Dear children, let’s not merely say that we love each other; let us show the truth by our actions. (1 John 3:18)
